A 20-year-old woman presented with a recurrent rash on her torso (Figure). She could not recall any blunt trauma, but she had a similar rash 2 years ago in the same location. She recently began taking trimethoprim/ sulfamethoxazole for acne vulgaris and denied any known medication allergies.
