Photo quizzes should have practical, everyday clinical application at the bedside or in the primary care setting. Manuscripts and images must be originals and must not have previously been published. All authors are required to sign a copyright transfer form. All submissions are subject to peer review.

Include 1 or more clinical photos pertinent to the diagnosis, a very brief description of the relevant symptoms and signs leading to the diagnosis, and 4 possible diagnoses, but only 1 correct. Also include a brief discussion (<350 words) of the diagnosis and an explanation why the other diagnoses are wrong. Indicate the medical field of the case, all author names and affiliations, and your contact information. Only high-quality print images or high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) digital images can be used for publication.

If submitting actual photographs, include 3 copies of each image. If submitting the article electronically, save any digital image(s) in an image format (eg, jpeg, gif, tiff) at 100% of original size and do not embed the image(s) in the article.
